UsherKids Australia Family Weekend - 16-17 May, 2026

Please join our Usher syndrome community at Guide Dogs Victoria in Kew for a welcoming weekend of education, connection and shared experience. This event is open to families and young adults with Usher syndrome, offering opportunities to learn from experts, connect with peers at different life stages, and build meaningful relationships within a supportive and inclusive environment. The weekend will include practical information sessions, peer discussions and relaxed social activities designed to foster belonging, confidence and community. The final program will be released closer to the date, but we require RSVP's to ensure our sessions are tailored to who is coming. Please RVSP before 31st March, 2026.

Accommodation

We have a limited number of rooms available at Guide Dogs Victoria for those that are travelling from regional areas or interstate. The rooms are either 1 x king, or 2 x king singles. They are $165 per room per night.
